I am a Pakistan-based researcher and policy professional working at the intersection of strategic studies, international relations, digital governance, and accessibility. My work brings together academic research, policy analysis, institutional leadership, and public engagement, with a particular interest in how technology and governance shape inclusion, security, and rights.
Professional overview
I currently serve as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Strategic Studies, Research and Analysis, National Defence University, Islamabad, and as Editor of the NDU Journal. Alongside my academic and policy work, I have remained actively engaged in Internet governance and accessibility initiatives through leadership, advocacy, and multistakeholder participation.
