Dr Muhammad Shabbir’s research brings together strategic studies, international relations, technology governance, and digital accessibility. His work is guided by an interest in how states, institutions, and policy frameworks respond to changing geopolitical realities, technological transformation, and questions of inclusion, security, and rights.

In addition to his own writing, Dr Muhammad Shabbir has supervised research in academic and professional military settings, including at National Defence University and Command and Staff College Quetta. His scholarly contribution therefore extends beyond individual publication to research mentoring, editorial work, and support for the development of policy-relevant scholarship.
